Photo of the Day #897: This is the last in a series of celebrations and remembrances that started with my father’s birthday on Monday. Today is my “half-life day.” One day five years ago I figured out that Nicoline had been with me half her life. We called it her “half-life day” and I calculated when mine would be. That day has finally arrived. This photo is one when I was with Nicoline about half the time I’ve been with her now (almost 15 years; now it’ll be 30 years in October). August 6, 2005.
