Photo of the Day #39: Another one of my father’s slides, this one from their honeymoon. The caption is “een veldje en een berm”, roughly “a field and the side of the road”. Yes, this is my mother in the picture; my father was not a people photographer and even in his honeymoon photos she is only in eight out of the seventy or so pictures.
